UPDATE AUGUST 07 2006: REGENERATOR WILL BE AT BATS DAY!

Come hell or high water, the band will get their ducks in a row and raise the floor at Bat's Day this year. They have plenty of time to sort out the issues forcing cancelation of recent shows, and dispell the black cloud hovering above them, lately. So buy your tickets, they are going fast, and support Regenerator at this rare event!

UPDATE AUGUST 06 2006: BAND CANCELS PORTLAND & SEATTLE, SO SORRY!

With utmost regret, Regenerator announce the cancellation of these two shows up the coast. Amongst the problems forcing the cancellation include second loss of additional keyboard player this year, and computer issues (not related to DEFCON).

UPDATE AUGUST 05 2006: DEFCON BUSTED BY VEGAS METRO POLICE, DURING REGENERATOR SET!

After Regenerator played only one song at the DEFCON White Ball, the lights came up - but the band played two more songs, until being "excused" from the stage while a well behaved capacity crowd was escorted out by security. The exact details for aborting this concert are as yet unclear, but it does not seem to be a hacking issue. It was most likely a noise level problem, as if Vegas is a quiet place. The band wishes to thank the generous crowd for purchasing so much merchandise, despite being robbed of their entertainment by LVPD. Hopefully, this issue will be sorted out well in advance of DEFCON 15.

UPDATE DECEMBER 07 2005: DISEASE USA IS FINALLY HEAR!

After extreme anxiety (getting this thing fully pressed was... horrible), forget it and toss your Prozac down the drink. As a bonus, Amoxicillin has absolutley no effect, whatsoever, against the U.S. version of "Disease". It is at long last available. Due to domestic social concerns, Regenerator has replaced the European version's "End of File" with "Nothing", along with new versions of "Organism" and "Contagious", on the U.S. release. To hell with "Bird Flu", this bug is way better. Promise.

UPDATE DECEMBER 01 2005: DEATH SINGLE REACHES 8 WEEKS ON DAC!

@#$%&*! yeah. For an outstanding two months, the "Death" single ran amok on the Deutche Alternative Charts (Singles), from the weeks of 09.25.05 to 11.27.05, securing a stronghold on this year's European dance floors. When in doubt, check it out - how could the end of life be any groovier?

UPDATE OCTOBER 11 2005: DEATH SINGLE AT #11 ON DAC!

Death creeps to #11 on the Deutche Alternative Charts (Singles), amongst the likes of Depeche Mode, Disturbed, HIM, The Mission, and Rammstein for the week of 10.10.05. A big thanks to Alfa Matrix for their sincere promotions in spreading this sublime, contagious organism! It's nice to have some good Soul Food on the charts now and then (even when it's rotting with Disease)!

UPDATE OCTOBER 3 2005: DEATH SINGLE AT #15 ON GERMAN ALTERNATIVE CHARTS!

Regenerator's latest club e.p., "Death", hit #15 on the singles D.A.C. (Deutche Alternative Charts) in Germany, last week. The previous week, it was noted as a "bullet". This disk includes 11 tracks, with remixes from some of the scene's best including: Fractured, Cut Rate Box, Steril, Dawn of Ashes, Neon Cage Experiment, The Eternal Aflict, Cycletribe, and Lights of Euphoria. Get a copy, before they are all gone, from Alfa Matrix!

UPDATE SEPTEMBER 23 2005: REGENERATOR DESIGN NEW STRAIN OF DISEASE FOR AMERICA!

In their relentless pursuit to infect willing victims worldwide, Regenerator announce the completion of another version of the pseudo-bioweapon now known simply as "Disease". Featuring no less than three new viral varients (mixes) and one entirely exchanged bacterium (song), this alternate strain should fulfill the susceptible U.S. expirimental subjects (yeah, you) with equivelant results to those of its European cousins. Of course, those hosts willing to carry both pathalogical conditions (albums), parasitic coexistence is assured. The official, oversensationalized release of their latest infection is October 14, 2005 with Archetype Multimedia.

Warning: neither vitamin C, echinacea, nor country line dance training, will help you resist this tribulation. Symptoms include the irresistable urge to motivate uncontrollable muscular exertions and to stimulate similar mental funktions.

UPDATE AUGUST 08 2005: DISEASE RELEASE IN EUROPE ANNOUNCED!

The outbreak begins on September 12, 2005 in Europe, on the notorious Alfa-Matrix label. Reserve your infection now, presales have already begun! In addition to the totally sick Disease album is a special companion Death E.P. (release date August 22), as well as a limited edition Disease two disk box set. A similar release date for the U.S. version of the plague will be announced soon, detailing the differences between the strains of this catchy pestilence. This could be the most anticipated epidemic ever! Can you remember the last time you actually wanted to get so ill? Oh, sorry, you won't be getting any bed REST this time!

UPDATE NOVEMBER 03 2004: MORE UNRELATED NEWS, BUDDY LOSES BID FOR PREZ!

"Like myself, the election was fixed. I deserve a recount, but the fat cats in Washington have tightened their stranglehold on the prey!" howled the presidential hopeful last night after getting wind of the preliminary results of the race. It seems it's just not enough to have keener senses, greater endurance and speed, and the ability to heal wounds just by licking them. Some are arguing that despite his firm bite on major tissues, Buddy didn't seem tough enough to head the pack. After all, his most famous slogan was "Wagging Tail Beats Waging War". Others claim his loss was due to the media's bias against him after his controversial statement that "Newspapers are good for one thing and one thing only, potty training pups! So stay strong...refuse to fetch them for your masters!"

The Canine Party insist they chose the right dog for the job, but perhaps the fact that Buddy's running mate (Wiley Lightfoot) is a Native American Coyote, proves voters are simply not ready for such profound change. Rumor has it the party may split into two factions, Pedigree and Mutt.

UPDATE SEPTEMBER 17 2004: REGENERATOR ENDORSE BUDDY FOR PREZ!

Regenerator recently had the opportunity to sniff out and unleash their political ideals with the canidaete of their choice. Their debate with the good ol' boy barked a statement from the most intelligent pup in the pack, "I'm in just as doggone good of shape as those other whelps, and (my teeth are) twice as sharp. I hear your growls, smell your marks, and lick your wounds. Hell, I'm bred American to boot, unlike that other Swartzenfella...got way more sense than those other tramps, and loyal to the claws. And can I run!!! The trial...er, trail ahead is ruff, but I'm hungry enough to hound anything!"

Begging for comment, Wrex stated "Its the end of the two party duowopoly. There are only three pedigree choices: Green, Libertarian, or Buddy. Any way it bites, and I get the bone!"

UPDATE AUGUST 12 2004: TONIGHT REGENERATOR LIVE AT SPOOK CITY!

UPDATE OCT 21 2003: REGENERATED X US VERSION COMING SOON!

Finally, after months of anticipation, the US version of "Regenerated X" is scheduled for release and available for pre-order. For a limited time only, this awesome platter of remix recipes can be yours for the introductory price of ten bucks (plus shipping, and sales tax if applicable). This version features mixes by 16 different artists, including the likes of Front 242, Bigod 20, Assemblage 23, Observe & Control, Vultures, Collide, and many more! You'll hear a variety of versions detailing Regenerator's past and present, from '93 to '03. Special attention was made to make it groove darkly from start to finish, so your little ADD ass don't get bored!!!

A projected release date of November 21 has been set for the US version of "Regenerated X". The release will contain 11 tracks different from the EU version, pack almost 80 minutes on one cd, and cover a freakin' decade of Regenerator history. Just go to the produkt page for online ordering.

UPDATE OCT 07 2003: REGENERATOR ANTHOLOGY DISK PIRACY!

An illegal "Regenerator Anthology" disk has recently been offered for sale over the internet, and possibly through other retail channels. Regenerator are flattered, but also a bit annoyed that someone else is profiteering from their hard work and image, without passing on a red cent. Even more unsettling is that the pirated cd-rom will set the buyer back at least $15, all for unofficial and inferior quality mp3 files.

On a happier note, it is rumored that the new US version of "Regenerated X" will be sold for next to nothing...legally, so all you tightwad music swappers out there, if gettin' the real unit for a square ten spot aint cheap enough for ya, then may the electrons of a thousand volts infest your cd burner! The release date for this new official disk will be announced in just a few days.

Note: Regenerator offically encourages their listeners to share music with their friends, but only as a gift. That way, they get the gift of new fans! However, if any true fans out there spy an illegal disk on a shelf, he or she might want to do Regenerator a favor, say...heist it and send it to the band (just kidding, really!). At the very least, inform the selling party that conviction of the SALE of bootlegged material carries a hefty set of fines and prison terms, not to mention being seriously lame.

UPDATE MAY 12 2003: REGENERATED X LTD EDITION 2 DISK SET IS AT THE FACTORY!

Best of Regenerator in a limited edition + since long deleted material Strictly limited to 1000 copies only, the double-CD "Regenerated X" shows a decade of Regenerator since their very first releases back in 1993. UPDATE MAY 10 2003: REGENERATOR SAY THANKS AGAIN !

Thanks to everyone who made the recent Hollywood Regenerator shows a success. Despite the rain, the show at Bar Sinister was sinfully fun, while the Industry performance sounded the best of the three local performances. More shows to be announced as the year progresses. Check back soon!

UPDATE APRIL 18 2003: REGENERATOR TO PERFORM IN HOLLYWOOD AT INDUSTRY!

This is your last chance to see Regenerator perform the L.A. area for a while! See them at Industry on Thursday, May 8. UPDATE APRIL 15 2003: FOR A GOOD TIME, CALL BAR SINISTER.

Wow. Bar Sinister was a blast, the crowd was great, the management was cordial, the sound and lighting were smooth, and the dancers were sexy. Check out the pics on Bar Sinister's site for a few laughs!

UPDATE APRIL 10 2003: THANKS EVERYONE!

Despite the sound difficulties at the beginning of their set at the Whisky, Regenerator had a great time and wish to thank Domination Presents, Assemblage 23, cut.rate.box. and Inure, and especially the jam packed crowd, just for being such great people. With that many bands, the show was pretty much a festival..still, with one of LA's best club sound systems, one would expect flawless audio. If only the Whiskey soundman would put a tip jar at his console...Anyway, the band made a lot of new friends that night and hope to see them at future events.

UPDATE MARCH 30 2003: REGENERATOR TO PERFORM AT BAR SINISTER ON APRIL 12!

Regenerator are proud to announce another L.A. area show this spring, at the very exciting and infamous Bar Sinister in Hollywood on Saturday, April 12. The band begins heating up the stage at 11:30 pm, and once again, Patrice and Wrex will be joined by Kevin and Lorraine. By the way, the dress (less) code is basically dark and XXXtremely sexy, so you might want to hit Melrose (or your favorite lingerie shop) to prepare!

UPDATE MARCH 29 2003: REGENERATOR+CUT.RATE.BOX+ASSEMBLAGE 23=WHISKY: APRIL 7!

Regenerator are excited to be a part of Assemblage 23's current tour, at West Hollywood's historic Whisky A Go-Go on Monday, April 7th. The concert is being promoted by Domination Presents, and promises to be an evening of excelent electronics. Doors open at 8 pm, beginning with DJ Insomniac (and alternating with DJ Melody between live acts). Inure opens the live event at 9:30. Regenerator performs at 10:20 sharp, followed by cut.rate.box at 11:15 and Assemblage 23 closes the concert, playing from 12:15 to 1:30 am. Schedule times will be strictly adhered to, so please be prompt if you want to see these bands! Wrex and Patrice are happy to say that joining them on stage will be Lorraine Machler (cello) and Kevin Regan (keyboards). For more information and advance tickets (save $5), please got to the Domination Presents website.

UPDATE DECEMBER 13 2002: TOTAL WEBSITE OVERHAUL

Thanks to you our nation is growing, and we hope you like our new look. The Regeneration Nation was founded in 1992, so we felt it's official site was in need of some shine. And for the sake of slick simplicity, we tossed out most of the flash. Along with most of the old stuff (reinvigorated), you'll find more cold electronic freebies, including random song downloads...plenty of wicked photos including a batch of barely evil, brand spankin' new black and whites ready for printing...and more extras: a preview for the new video, all of the lyrics you need and want, and tons of special crap for sale! Finally, you can purchase plenty of Regenerator warez from this site, via Paypal. If you fancy paper over plastic, please use the kontakt link from the main page (product questions email) for instructions on how to purchase by cheque or money order... or even handfulls of bloody raw cash, entrusted to the postal system, if your're completely freakin' psycho (or just rebelling against the New World Order).

A personal note from Patrice: "I lost a sheer black coat with a black fake fur collar at the Slimelight. UPDATE JUNE 05 2001: WAR IS COMING SOON!

Regenerator have finished the bulk of the work on their fifth album, titled "War". The tracks are mostly fast, punchy, and dance floor oriented. Once again there is the combination of male and female leads fans have become accustomed to. The band feels the tracks are similar to their debut and second album in atmosphere, but with more aggresive and modern instrumentation. It hits the fringes of synthpop, ebm, and industrial, but might be aptly called "technogoth". Obviously, the subject matter for this work centers around one of the most horrible activities in existence, war. The album deals with battles physical, psychological, and spiritual.

The band is currently in the process of securing release partners in Europe and the U.S. for this album, and are also arranging to have a number of your favorite ebm, synthpop, and techno artists remix the new tracks for a single and remix compilation based on various Regenerator releases.
